Honolulu-based Ahi Assassins catches local, wild Hawaiian fish and serves up a limited, but high-quality menu of poke, smoked and grilled fish dishes and dips. As they say, "Slayed. Weighed. Filleted. MADE in Hawaii." Ahi Assassins is run by Joshua Schade and Erika Luna.
This is their famous "Lunatic" poke, which is includes ahi, Sriracha, scallions and Maui onion, and is named in part for Erika herself (her last name is Luna).
