Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo by K-Paul's Louisiana

K-Paul's Louisiana Kitchen is a New Orleans institution. Located in the French Quarter, K-Paul's is perhaps best known for its colorful chef Paul Prudhomme as well as its amazing gumbo, fried green tomatoes, blackened Louisiana drum fish, fried shrimp or fried oyster Po-Boys, stuffed crab and a many, many more tasty dishes.

K-Paul's makes its gumbo with "Pan- Braised Chicken, Chef Paul’s Own Andouille Sausage Made in Chef’s Meat Plant in Melville, Louisiana with Fresh Vegetables, Cooked in a Chicken Stock and Dark Roux. Served with Rice."
