Hand Block Printed Table Linens by Walter G Textiles

Sydney-based Walter G is "a boutique textile house founded by Lauren Emerson and Genevieve Hewson...(who) work closely with a wonderful team of artisans in Rajasthan to collaboratively produce a tactile range of hand block and mud printed fabrics."

The stripe fabric pattern is called "Ticking indian teal" and the fish napkins are called "Sardines indigo cotton" (4 for $52). See the hand-made wood blocks in the "before" photo. Then artisans hand-make each meter of napkin, tablecloth or fabric. Walter G's Instagram feed is AMAZING!
