Hawaiian 'Ahi Poke by 'Ulu at Hualalai

'Ulu Ocean Grill is one of several restaurants & lounges at the Four Seasons Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Poke is a traditional Hawaiian dish of chopped, fresh fish, limu (or seaweed, edible algae) and a few herbs and spices of the chef's choice - sometimes diced, fresh green onion or chili oil.

Ulu's Hawaiian 'Ahi Poke is prepared tableside with ahi tuna,
Ogo (local seaweed), Maui Onions, White Shoyu, and Sesame Oil.

See more bef-afters from the Hualalai as well as their website and Instagram via the links below.

And see another poke bef-after from the King of Poke himself, Sam Choy, via the last link. (NB: you can always search for "poke" or any topic that interests you in the search bar at the top of the page. You can also search by category, like "Food & Drink" or "Home Improvement" or "Beauty" etc).
