Coconut Cold Brew Truffles by Stumptown Coffee

Know what's better than really good coffee? Really good coffee with coconut transformed into a dark chocolate truffle!

Stumptown Coffee shared this recipe on their blog (see first link below), and it was created by one of the their team members, Kelly Rey, who moonlights as a chocolatier (see second link below).

To make 30 truffles yourself, you'll need the following:

  • 1/2 cup 55% good quality dark chocolate (preferably morsels or shavings)
  • 1/4 cup Stumptown Coffee Coconut Cold Brew
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract (optional)
  • Toasted coconut flakes
