DIY Cement Tile Planter by Jungalow

Los Angeles-based Justina Blakeney is the creative genius behind the successful home design and lifestyle brand, Jungalow, which is best known for the heavy use of lush, green plants.

In this blog post, she shares a simple but high-impact tutorial for using 8 cement tiles to create a stunning planter. Supplies you will need listed here, but see the 3rd link below for the full how-to, along with more great photos.

  • 3m Ceramic Adhesive
  • Cement tiles of your choice (Jungalow used 8 Alhambra 8″ x 8″ Handmade Cement Tiles in Orange/Gray from Wayfair tiles for their planter, but you can use as many as you want, depending on whether you want a square or rectangular planter)
  • Plants (keep them in their original pots)

For more bef-afters from Jungalow, see the first and second links below. The first is to a recipe for watermelon agua fresca (yum!), and the second is to a colorful, green, tile-filled remodel of her home's bathroom. (The last link is to the Jungalow Instagram account.)
