Meghan Markle Wedding Dress by Givenchy & Clare Waight Keller

On May 19, 2018 Meghan Markle married Prince Harry at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, making them the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Her much-anticipated and speculated-about wedding dress DID.NOT. DISAPPOINT! Indeed, it far exceeded any expectations I had and may be the most beautiful royal gown I've ever seen. UK-born Clare Waight Keller designed the dress working for the French haute couture fashion house of Givenchy. The clean, classic look with lovely bateau neckline was wonderful on its own. But then ... but then! Clare and Meghan came up with the brilliant idea to represent the flowers and flora of the 53 countries of the commonwealth in the 16-foot silk tulle veil. So lovely and poetic. And Queen Mary's gorgeous tiara added just a bit of understated, regal sparkle to the whole ensemble.
