Proto Fish Restaurant is a respected tradition in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Established in 1886 (!) the space specializes in seafood and meat dishes. Proto is also home to the current national sommelier champion, Siniša Lasana (see last link below).
This is the restaurant's Adriatic Lobster, prepared by Chef Bosko Lonac who can prepare it to order. Often it is "grilled, in Dalmatian sauce, with spaghetti, fried in caper and white wine sauce."
