Oh, wow we love jalapeño poppers!
These are some extra special ones from Meat Church, which is run by Matt Pittman, a Live fire cook and one of the stars of TV's BBQ Pitmasters Season 5.
These guys hickory smoke their jalapeño poppers using their own "DeezNuts honey pecan rub" that they mixed in with the cream cheese. The poppers are then wrapped in bacon of course (note the black pepper bacon in the before photo for extra heat!)
