Between April and Novemer 2018, Curtis Cook embarked on an Intermittent Fasting (IF) plan and exercise regimen with performance and nutrition coach, Danny Page.
For the uninitiated, IF is an eating schedule, whereby you choose an extended window each day to not eat (you can drink plain water, black coffee and broth / bone broth). Curtis opted for the 16-hour fast, meaning he had an 8-hour window in which to eat every day. He opted for the noon-8 pm window. Curtis also eliminated sugar and gluten from his diet.
Curtis reports that he liked IF because he "had more energy, more focus, and slept better." He also felt that the routine was not hard to follow.
