Every day this week I've had a smoothie for lunch, today was blue-indigo day! The butterfly pea powder helps make the smoothie look really blue. The berries and greens make the blue even darker, closer to an Indigo shade. I topped the smoothie with a few roasted almonds and included a dollop of Trader Joe's crunchy peanut butter with chia and flax seeds (see 4th link below).
