Sam Linsell runs a beautiful blog called "Drizzle and Dip." This post was absolutely arresting. Soufflés are not easy baking projects, but when they are done right, they are spectacular desserts. Grand marnier, vanilla, chocolate are all good, great really. But there is something exceptional about a raspberry soufflé. How beautiful is the color in the after picture? Since Sam approves using frozen berries, you could make these any time of year. We think they would make an ideal dessert for Valentine's Day or Christmas Eve.
